It is the astronomer&#8217;s forecast. At a glance, the clear sky chart shows when it will be cloudy or clear for up to the next three days. It is a prediction of when the Robert Ferguson Observatory will have good weather for astronomical observing. The data comes from a forecast model developed by Allan Rahill of the <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/weather.gc.ca\/astro\/index_e.html\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Canadian Meteorological Centre<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
