After you complete the membership application on Better Impact, you will be prompted to pay for membership fees via PayPal. Please note that the charge for your membership will likely appear as “VMOA” on your credit card statement (which stands for Valley of the Moon Observatory Association – the name of the 501(c)(3) non-profit that runs the Robert Ferguson Observatory).

Membership Levels
There are different levels of memberships depending on your age and how many memberships you want to sign up for. All memberships below, other than the galaxy membership, are annual memberships and begin on the date of purchase, expiring on that date the following year. Memberships are not auto-renewed but you will receive a reminder email once your membership is close to expiring, to give you an option to renew. A membership can also be a great gift for the astronomy enthusiast in your life!
