Donating Stock to RFO
Here are step-by-step instructions to help you take advantage of this gift planning opportunity:
Give your broker the following information to transfer a gift of stock to the Valley of the Moon Observatory Association and Robert Ferguson Observatory:
- The Valley of the Moon Observatory Association’s brokerage account is with e*Trade.
- The Valley of the Moon Observatory Association’s account number is 3706-4041.
Either you or your broker must contact the VMOA Treasurer via email at treasurer at rfo.org or call 707-319-6210 with the name of the stock and the number of shares being transferred. This ensures the gift is properly credited and acknowledged.
